Eiger Screen Protector Warranty Policy
Eiger screen protectors provide an excellent level of protection for your device’s screen against impact and scratches. However, it is not indestructible and will break if subjected to larger amounts of force. The goal of our screen protectors is to protect your device’s screen and even if your protector breaks, if your smartphone’s screen is intact then our protector has achieved its goal. Your Eiger screen protector is covered by a warranty effective from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects only. Please make sure you keep your purchase receipt in order to validate your warranty.

What is not covered by the Eiger Warranty?
The warranty does not cover deliberate or accidental damage to your Eiger screen protector as a result of high impacts or wear and tear. Products purchased from unauthorised resellers are not covered by the Eiger Limited Warranty.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you wish to make a Warranty Claim within the Warranty periods above, please contact our customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org for further help, or fill out the Warranty Claim Form below. You will need to provide proof of purchase and an image of the affected item. Any defective items covered by the Limited Warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
If my device gets dropped does the Eiger warranty cover damage to my device?
The Eiger warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects only. It does not cover deliberate or accidental damage to your item(s). Eiger is not liable for any indirect, incidental of punitive damages arising from the use of our products, this includes the replacement or repair costs of any electronic device.
Warranty Claim Form
On the "Images & Receipt" field, you will need to provide an archive (i.e. ZIP file) of at least 1 image of the affected item and a clear photo of the item's Purchase Receipt. If you are unable to create a ZIP file / archive of the images, please submit the form attaching the Purchase Receipt and then submit it again, attaching the Item image. Use the same contact details on both.
