Eiger Warranty Policy

Eiger screen protectors provide an excellent level of protection for your device’s screen against impact and scratches. However, it is not indestructible and will break if subjected to larger amounts of force. The goal of our screen protectors is to protect your device’s screen and even if your protector breaks, if your smartphone’s screen is intact then our protector has achieved its goal. Your Eiger screen protector is covered by a warranty effective from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects only.

Eiger cases are designed to protect the frame and back of your device, and whilst the North Case & Peak cases offer exceptional levels of protection, they are not designed to deal with extreme levels of force or pressure. Again, if the case breaks as a result of a drop or fall and your phone remains intact, then the case has served its purpose in protecting your device.

What is not covered by the Eiger Warranty?

The warranty does not cover deliberate or accidental damage to your Eiger screen protector as a result of high impacts or wear and tear. Products purchased from unauthorised resellers are not covered by the Eiger Limited Warranty.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you wish to make a Warranty Claim within the Warranty periods above, please contact our customer services at warranty@eigerprotection.com for further help, or fill out the Warranty Claim Form. Unless previously provided during your Warranty Registration, you will need to submit a proof of purchase. We also require an image of the affected item. Any defective items covered by the Limited Warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

If my device gets dropped does the Eiger warranty cover damage to my device?

The Eiger warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects only. It does not cover deliberate or accidental damage to your item(s). Eiger is not liable for any indirect, incidental of punitive damages arising from the use of our products, this includes the replacement or repair costs of any electronic device.
